Description of Open Workouts: 

Middle school speed agility and conditioning:

Focused on movement patterns, strength gain, and increased athleticism while showing young athletes how to push themselves. The sessions starts with a dynamic warm up followed by agility work in the form of agility ladders, cone drills, reactionary exercises, etc.  Following this is sled speed pushes, sled drags, band resisted sprints, etc. The session finishes with interval training that incorporates tractor tire flips, box jumps, battling ropes, med ball throws/slams, hurdle hops, heavy carries, resisted shuffles, etc. This is a great session to teach young how to workout as well as increasing strength, speed, stamina and CONFIDENCE. 

 

Circuit:

This is interval training with a 30 seconds work to 30 seconds rest ratio. This is done at YOUR OWN PACE. With this method the session works for any fitness level. From your average Joe to elite athletes. Whether your goal is losing weight, getting fit, moving better, or becoming a champion. Whether it is sledgehammer swings, boxing, battling ropes, TRX, curls, sled pushes, tire flips, etc it all can be modified for each individual’s skill level. This session is never boring and has an atmosphere that is electric, motivating, and welcoming. There isn’t an experience like it any where else. YOU. CAN. DO. IT.  (Age: 15-104 years old.) 


Kids 7-10 year olds speed agility and conditioning:

This is an amazing session to start a kid on a lifelong fitness journey while helping to enhance their athletic ability. The trainer for this session is Collegiate Softball National  Champion and Hall of Famer Haylee (Eubanks) Franke. She makes the session not only fun but also pushes each kid to work hard. It’s a must for young kids and the first of its kind. Kids are able to flip tires, do battling ropes, box jump, push sleds, practice agility ladders, etc.
